Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Workpani, a free public directory service operated by 249Labs Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Workpani, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Workpani Is

Workpani is a free, publicly searchable directory available at workpani.com that allows individual professionals who are seeking employment to post profiles so that hiring managers and recruiters can find them. It is provided as a public service at no cost to either candidates or employers.

2. Who May Use Workpani

Candidates (profile submitters): Workpani is intended exclusively for individual professionals seeking employment or freelance opportunities on their own behalf. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a profile.

Strictly prohibited: Staffing agencies, recruiting firms, outsourcing companies, body shops, and any other third parties submitting profiles on behalf of other individuals are expressly prohibited from using Workpani. Any profile submitted by or on behalf of an agency rather than an individual will be removed without notice.

Recruiters and hiring managers may search and browse Workpani freely for the purpose of identifying candidates for legitimate employment opportunities.

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a profile, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current
• The LinkedIn profile URL you provide belongs to you personally
• You are the individual described in the profile — not a representative, agent, or proxy for another person
• You have the right to make your professional information publicly available

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate removal and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

4. Public Visibility

You understand and agree that by submitting a profile, your name, LinkedIn URL, location, skills, and work preferences will be publicly visible to anyone who visits Workpani, including search engines. Do not submit information you are not comfortable making publicly available.

5. Profile Removal

You may request removal of your profile at any time via the Remove My Profile page. Removal requires confirmation via the email address associated with your profile. Upon confirmed removal, your profile will be immediately deactivated and permanently purged within 30 days.

We reserve the right to remove any profile at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or agency misuse.

6. No Employment Guarantee

Workpani makes no representations or warranties regarding employment outcomes. Listing your profile does not guarantee contact from employers, interviews, or job offers. We are a directory service only — we are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employment agency and do not participate in the hiring process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit profiles on behalf of others without their explicit consent
• Submit multiple profiles for the same individual
• Use Workpani to harvest contact information for spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage any part of Workpani's systems or infrastructure
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from Workpani in bulk
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measure

8. Intellectual Property

The Workpani platform, including its design, code, and content created by us, is owned by 249Labs Inc. You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting a profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your profile information within Workpani for the purpose of operating the directory.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Workpani is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any profile information submitted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 249Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Workpani, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Workpani shall not exceed $100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Workpani after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
